Empire Pacific has facilitated an agreement between the Oregon Educational Employers' Workers' Compensation Trust and Succeed Safety and Health Services, Inc. Succeed is a premier provider of safety and industrial hygiene services based in Salem, OR. They have been serving a wide variety of clients both in Oregon and nationally for over 8 years. Recently, the focus of Succeed Safety and Health has been the development and refinement of web-based safety program enhancements for their clients. Empire Pacific believes that their comprehensive approach to safety is integral to reducing unsafe behaviors, thereby reducing incidence rates and claim frequency and severity.

This agreement will enable each Trust participant to have access to the safety and human resource materials available on Succeed's Direct Accounts website. These materials include JSA (Job Safety Analysis) software, incident tracking software, safety programs, Power-point safety training presentations and a service entitled "Ask the Expert." Ask the Expert will provide a forum for individual questions regarding safety-related issues, human resources, indoor air quality, environmental compliance and OHSA compliance. Trust participants pay nothing for these services, which have been paid by the Trust and will be reviewed by your Board of Directors on an annual basis. If you should have any questions about the materials, Succeed will be providing technical assistance at no additional cost.
