Chad joined Empire Pacific Risk Management in February of 2006. Chad has earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Montana Tech in Occupational Safety & Health with an Engineering and Industrial Hygiene focus. Over the last 12 + years, his experience has primarily been in the insurance industry, starting with the Montana State Insurance Fund, Argonaut Insurance, EBI Companies, and Royal and SunAlliance. Chad has also been conducting some private risk management consulting prior to taking his new position with Empire Pacific.

Chad has extensive experience with contractors from residential, commercial, and heavy industrial/civil construction. Chad worked extensively in the construction industry with Argonaut Insurance, working with contractors of varying disciplines, including large owner controlled insurance programs. Chad specializes in Worker's Compensation, however, has been consulting in multi-line insurance as well. While working with Royal & SunAlliance, he has undergone training and consultative services in Property, General Liability, Products Liability, and Commercial Auto Loss Control activities and risk assessments.

 

 

 

Matt MartinsenMatt Martinsen - Loss Prevention Supervisor

Matt joined Empire Pacific Risk Management in June of 2002. On a daily basis, Matt consults with our clients on matters of risk management, OR-OSHA compliance, safety programs, employee training and other measures to facilitate accident prevention. Matt is a specialist in the field of workers’ compensation and safety and health. He has worked as a loss prevention consultant since 1996 and has assisted a wide variety of organizations throughout the Pacific NW. With a classical languages Bachelor of Arts degree from Lewis and Clark College, Matt is a fluent Spanish speaker.

Mack StanleyMack Stanley - Loss Prevention Consultant

Mack joined Empire Pacific Risk Management in June of 2005 as a Loss Prevention Consultant. Mack works closely with clients to develop and improve their safety programs, maintain OR-OSHA compliance, and conduct effective safety training. He provides a variety of resources to assist clients in preventing accidents. Mack has been in the safety field since 1993. He has provided loss prevention services in several states and countries in the aviation, transportation, petroleum, maintenance, service, & manufacturing industries. Mack holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Management and Supervisory Development from Portland Community College .

Patrick Bailey - Loss Prevention Associate

Patrick joined Empire Pacific in April 2008 as a Loss Prevention Associate. He works alongside the company’s consultants to help clients develop and improve their safety programs, maintain OR-OSHA compliance, and conduct effective safety training. He provides a variety of resources to assist clients in preventing accidents. Patrick will be graduating in 2008 from Oregon State University and recently completed a multi-year safety internship at a prominent provider of aggregate based services.
